Quantum Drilling Ventures (QDV)

Quantum Drilling Ventures (QDV) initially a Delaware, U.S.A. Corporation established in late 2006 and presently being incorporated as a UK identity, offers complete project management of drilling, completion and work over projects on a fee basis as well as offering services on an all-inclusive turnkey basis.

The QDV Management Team have over 400 years of cumulative operational experience working in remote desert environments on successful start-ups with Anadarko Petroleum, CEPSA, Hunt Oil, Kerr McGee, Amerada Hess, Petronas and Sonatrach/Halliburton in Algeria.

We have also provided Halliburton Energy Services with energy professionals for their turnkey drilling projects with Shell, ENI and ExxonMobile in Iraq.
We bring to the table a reputation for managing efficient projects in difficult desert environments



How QDV operates

Establish Base office with minimum staff requirement.
Coordinate importation of required materials with service providers and selected customs representatives including communications equipment.

 Establish tubular and materials stockage/warehouse area, preferably at the field production facility.
 Generate detailed drilling AFE’s for Operator’s approval.
Generate detailed daily drilling cost estimates.
Generate detailed drilling programs.

_ HSE Supervisors
_ Security Supervisors
_ Wellsite Geologists
_ Logistics & Materials

Manage the operational aspects of the drilling campaign.
Generate and distribute required reports Ministry during the drilling operation.

Detailed review of all drilling related invoices for correctness prior to submitting to Operator for payment.
Obtain agreement with Ministry for site restitution.
